Beers on tap & in Bottleshop

For all returns and refunds you must provide evidence of purchase. A receipt must be provided to refund the item(s)

·         Items must be refunded using the same method of payment as the original transaction
·         Items are refunded at the price of purchase
·         Items must be returned within 28 days of purchase
·         Items must be unopened
·         The items must be in re-saleable condition e.g. no damaged cartons/bottles/cans
·         If cartons of beer/RTD’s were purchased, they must be returned as full cartons
